I wish to express my appreciation for the exceptional service that your employees rendered to me recently. Some weeks ago, you repaired my Mazda 3.  The condition in which my car was returned to me was exemplary.

I expected that my Mazda, the only new car I’ve ever owned, would look better, obviously. I did not expect that you would return to me a new car!

It shone. Smelled beautiful. Was detailed and believe it or not, drove more smoothly. It certainly responded to your care. Wonderfully, one of your employees recommended the removable panel which hides the contents of the boot in the hatchback. This had vexed me, yet here it was, all in one place without further ado.
