Having BPWs do repair work on several occasions over the years and having a Semi give our Black Mercedes SUV a little love tap I was very relieved to be able to nominate our own repairer which of course is BPWs. Arranged for a similar Make/Model as our replacement vehicle then to be handed back a immaculate car I can only say one word to this business. RESPECT.

I wish to express my appreciation for the exceptional service that your employees rendered to me recently. Some weeks ago, you repaired my Mazda 3. The condition in which my car was returned to me was exemplary. I expected that my Mazda, the only new car I’ve ever owned, would look better, obviously. I did not expect that you would return to me a new car! It shone. Smelled beautiful. Was detailed and believe it or not, drove more smoothly. It certainly responded to your care. Wonderfully, one of your employees recommended the removable panel which hides the contents of the boot in the hatchback. This had vexed me, yet here it was, all in one place without further ado. I really appreciate your excellent services and quality workmanship.

I got my car repaired at Brighton panel works. It was recommended by the insurance company. The repair process was exceptionally fast as well as the process to arrange the hire car. It only took two weeks and my car looks even better. They looked after me really well.

Excellent workmanship
After reviewing the capabilities of several body shops in the area I engaged Brighton Panel Works for the respraying of my pride and joy 2020 Land Rover Discovery 5.
Brighton Panel Works allayed my fears of colour matching a badly peppered front nose and bonnet with the rest of the car, of which the paint in good condition.
Additionally, they were able to correctly align the front bumper which was never properly aligned since new.
Excellent workmanship all round. Did not have to wait long to get the job done and they kept me abreast of progress along the way.
Thoroughly recommend for all body and panel works.

Dane answered the call and asked me to bring the car back and that he would ensure that it is done immediately. Visited them today and the issue was rectified and wait time was like 10 seconds. Keep up the good work!
Area of improvement: I was given at least 3 different ETCs (Expected Time of Completion) for the repairs. Each time I was told that I will get the car back the week next. I feel this could have been avoided after all I was already given a nice loan car by them, even if they had told me upfront that it would take, say a month, I would not have really cared.

Just picked up my VW Tiguan. Someone smashed into the back at a traffic light and also took off my side mirror. BPW did an amazing job. Cannot see where any of the repairs were done and the whole transaction was handled from go to woe with no hassle on my part – they did it all. I have to rate them and the team as a 5 Star operation.

A no-fuss fix
Just wanted to say thanks to Warren for organising to get the window electronic module replaced on my Tiguan. Particularly since I only discovered the fault a week after I got the car back from BPW – when the excellent panel work had been completed. It was a no-fuss fix. BPW did all the liaison with the Insurance company and with Brighton VW who also did an excellent job.

Excellent quality of work
I just want to thank everyone at Brighton Panels for the great job done repairing my car after it was hit by a kangaroo a few weeks ago. True to their word
BPW came to my rescue when another repairer couldn’t be bothered searching for parts so insurance company would only pay out repair costs but leave me with an unroadworthy car!! The guys at BPW assured me that they could get the parts and would repair it. They were true to their word. They did a fabulous job and their friendly service was exceptional. They offered to sort out a hire car, they offered to drop my car off when I was stuck. Honestly they could not have been more helpful and professional. I hope to have no more accidents but if I do I know where I will go. Highly recommended. And this is a real review!!!!! Thanks so much BPW! ❤️
