How We Are Ensuring The Safety Of Our Customers

At Brighton Panel Works, the health and well-being of our staff and customers is our number one priority. We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization’s (WHO) statements regarding the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases and following the guidelines from the Australian government. We have taken the following steps to minimise risk:

– Maintained a rigorous process around cleanliness to ensure quality and compliance

– Thorough cleaning and disinfection of vehicles before and after repair

– Contactless key handover process

– Contactless drop-offs

– Payment of Excess before arrival

– No face-to-face contact

– Regular reminders for staff to wash and sanitise hands

– Sanitizer at reception for customers

In addition to these measures and elevating awareness and education of staff, we have increased the frequency and focus of our cleaning procedures of high touch areas (such as door knobs and equipment), reception and other surfaces.
